I just called to get an oil change for my Nissan Altima, and they couldn’t even give me an exact price. The guy said somewhere between $100 and $150 for 5 quarts of oil and one filter. Honestly, these days, you’d be better off hiring a parrot. At least it would repeat the information more consistently! 😂 But jokes aside, the real problem usually starts with management, not the front desk. If employees aren’t properly trained or equipped with basic information, that’s a management failure first and foremost.

Ramiro ("Ram") was very professional and kept me informed as to the progress of the work on my car. Also, Tom, the mechanic took the time to explain the details of what repairs my car needed and why. Both ram and Tom were courteous and friendly. I'll be getting all my future service work done at Countryside. (Small item - the free water and soda are a nice touch not offered at other dealers. However, Thomas Nissan offers free popcorn!)

It was a pleasure dealing with Lance. I stopped into the dealership to look at the Rogue and explained to Lance that was also going to look at a Tucson. He did not pressure me to buy the Rouge on the spot. I left drove the Tucson and knew immediately the Rouge was a much better choice and Countryside Nissan people were much nicer than the local Hyundai dealership. I would highly recommend a Nissan from this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Just ask for Lance Alvarez; he will treat you fairly.

Got used car home and called because cant get car to lock. Was told to call dodge and make a warrantee claim. No help. Just pass the buck. Locking the car is essential. And they push you through the computer stuff so you dont understand everything.
