We had a great experience buying our 2021 Frontier. The truck was spotless, fully serviced, and a great buy. Steve was great for offering some equipment that came with the truck but not listed in the sale, which was very much appreciated as it was then exactly the truck I was searching for. I arrived with four wheel covers. When I picked up my car I only had three. I advised the female that gave me my keys. She said the person that worked on my car said it only had three. She said maybe it fell off on my way to the dealership. I seriously doubt that. I was planning on buying a Nissan pathfinder in the near future. Overall good experience with dealership. Was concerned about the longevity of parts used for some repairs. I had control arms replaced. May 2025, and they were worn and needed replaced July 2026 (less than 8k miles). But the service department covered the repair under warranty which was appreciated

My Nissan Rogue totally lost power on interstate coming home from my son's Navy Graduation. Nissan figured out it was a blown fuse #35 . Couldn't exactly determine what caused it. I needed to get back to Arkansas asap so he gave me 6 extra fuses showed us how to replace them nit too hard to access. And we went on our way thankfully it didn't happen again on way home. This is my 4th Nissan from this location. They are very informative, honest and helpful in the car purchasing. My salesman, Kuba Luc is AMAZING. The only issue I had was NOT with Countryside Nissan. It was with Nisssan. Advertising 0% Financing for 60 months was very misleading. ZERO % financing MEAN ZERO % meaning NO INTEREST will be charged to the amount you finance. With a FICO score of 845, and cash deposit of $ 20,000, I didn't think I would have to pay interest on my loan. That is something NISSAN should look into and advertise honestly.

Service was regular but they said they would clean and vacuum the car, they cleaned part of the car from the outside(the side mirrors were not cleaned) and they did not vacuum the car.
