We arrived in Countryside from Michigan on a Saturday afternoon. We were alarmed about possible transmission problems which we experienced that Saturday afternoon. Although it was only minutes from closing, Ramone answered the phone at the Countryside Dealership. He immediately came to our location and provided us with a loaner. We needed to return to Michigan Monday morning. Ramone had our car ready minutes after they opened the shop. We were grateful because we had to return to Michigan early that day.
